Fitting tips
- Correct speed control relies on the conveyor pick-up speed sensor kit (Middleby 46451). Replace it at the same time if it’s worn or damaged.
- While the motor is out, inspect the sprockets, drive chain and bearings, as worn parts there cause similar symptoms.
- Mount the motor squarely and check chain alignment and tension to avoid strain on the drive system.
- Isolate the oven from the electrical supply before starting work. Fitting should be carried out by a qualified engineer.
