💡 Tech Tip

• Conveyor slippage or irregular speed isn’t always the motor — check for worn sprockets, chains, or bearings.

• Gear motors must be installed securely; loose mounting can cause misalignment and premature wear.

• Ensure conveyor load and tension are properly adjusted to avoid overloading the motor.

• If replacing due to failure, also inspect the conveyor controller and speed sensor for contributing faults.

📌 Compatible Models

• Middleby Marshall PS360 conveyor ovens

• Other PS-Series ovens using OEM gear drive motor PN: 47796 / 27384-0008

📌 Note

• This is a critical OEM conveyor drive component — using non-OEM motors can result in incorrect belt speed or torque.

• Always confirm your oven’s model and serial number before ordering to ensure the correct motor.
