This solid aluminium pan is positioned beneath the conveyor system to collect crumbs, food debris, and other particles generated during cooking, helping to keep the oven cleaner and easier to maintain.
A damaged or missing crumb pan can allow debris to accumulate inside the oven, increasing cleaning requirements and potentially affecting performance. Replacing it helps maintain a cleaner operating environment and supports efficient oven maintenance.
Please note these are sold as half so will need two to replace a complete section. The half tray allows for easier cleaning and can work in small spaces as trays are a standard smaller size.
