📋 Tech Tips / What to Check

  • Make sure the panel cut-out and mounting orientation match: the switch should sit flush and securely, with correct alignment so the ON-OFF markings & indicator light are clearly visible.

  • Ensure the voltage and current of the load connected through the switch is within its rating (20A / 250V). Overload can cause overheating, arcing, premature failure.

  • Check that the switch’s terminals and wire connections are clean and tight. Poor contacts can lead to heating or intermittent connection.

  • If the switch has been exposed to moisture or grease, clean any residue — these can degrade electrical insulation or cause the switch to stick.

  • After installation, test the equipment to ensure the switch cycles power properly, and that the green indicator works as expected.

📌 Note

  • Even though this is an OEM part, there are often cheaper equivalents. But for safety, compliance, and durability, OEM is usually best.

  • If your equipment is outside the list of “fits models”, check its model & serial tag & the existing switch or panel drawing to confirm this part number or variant. Sometimes switches may look very similar but differ in internal configuration.

  • Because this is a panel switch that often gets used many times per day, wear & tear is common — replacing early at first sign of loosening or electrical arcing can prevent bigger issues.
