A quick photo with your phone and marked up with colour co-ordinated arrows, gives you a reliable reference when it’s time to reassemble the oven. Better yet, take a few photos from different angles so every connection is clearly visible. 

For even more confidence, use small wire labels, masking tape, or numbered tags to identify each connection before disconnecting it. This simple step makes reconnecting components much faster and helps reduce the risk of wiring mistakes.
